1. Introduction

Genworld ("we", "our", "the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

2. Information We Collect

Anonymous Authentication: The App uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any personal login credentials. An anonymous user ID is generated automatically to manage your account.

Usage Data: We collect basic usage information including:

• Number of 3D world generations performed
• Token balance and purchase history
• Generation configuration preferences

Media Files: When you use the Image to World feature, the images you upload are sent to a third-party AI service (World Labs) for 3D world generation. These images are used solely for generating the 3D world you requested.

Generated Content: URLs for generated 3D worlds (SPZ files) are stored in your account history to allow you to revisit and explore your creations.

3. Data Shared with Third-Party AI Services

When you generate a world, the following data is sent to World Labs (our AI 3D generation provider) for processing:

• Text prompts you write describing the desired world
• Images you upload as reference for world generation
• Generation settings (quality, style parameters)

This data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. World Labs processes this data solely to generate the requested 3D world.

4. Information We Do NOT Collect

• Personal identification information (name, email, address)
• Biometric data or facial recognition data
• Location data
• Contacts or phone book data
• Browsing history outside the App
• Advertising identifiers

5. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the 3D world generation service
• To send your input data to third-party AI services for world generation
• To manage your tokens and subscription status
• To store your generation history
• To improve the App's performance and features

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Functions, Remote Config, and Hosting. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: In-app purchase and subscription management. Subject to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• World Labs: AI 3D world generation. Text prompts and images are sent to their API for processing.

7. Data Retention

Your anonymous account data and generation history are retained as long as you use the App. Uploaded media is not stored after AI processing is complete. If the App is uninstalled, your locally cached data is deleted.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), Firebase security rules, and secure API key management. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Your Rights

You can:

• Delete your generation history within the App
• Request deletion of your account data by contacting us
• Stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the App

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
