How do tokens work?

Every 3D world generation consumes tokens. The cost depends on the quality settings you choose. The token cost is always shown before you confirm. You can get tokens through a Weekly Pro subscription or by purchasing a one-time Token Pack.

How do I create a world?

Tap the "+" button on the home screen, choose your input type (text prompt or image), describe the scene you want, and tap Generate. The AI will create a photorealistic 3D world you can walk through.

How long does world generation take?

Generation typically takes 1-5 minutes depending on the quality settings. You can leave the app and come back later — the generation continues in the background.

My world generation failed. Did I lose tokens?

If a generation fails due to a server error, your tokens may be automatically refunded. If not, please contact us with details and we'll look into it.

How do I explore a world?

Tap any world to enter it. Use the on-screen D-pad to move around, swipe to look around, and pinch to zoom. Tap the gamepad icon to show or hide controls.

What are the different quality options?

Worlds are available in three quality levels: Preview (100k splats, fast loading), Mobile (500k splats, balanced), and Full Quality (highest detail, larger download). You can switch quality from the menu inside the viewer.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device, find Genworld, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.

I switched devices. Can I transfer my tokens?

Subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID and should restore automatically via "Restore Purchases" in the app. For individual token pack purchases, please contact us with your purchase receipts.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any purchase.
