Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Genworld mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Genworld is an AI-powered 3D world generation application that allows users to create photorealistic 3D environments from text prompts and images, and explore them interactively. The App also provides a community feed of public worlds created by other users. The service operates on a token-based system where each generation consumes tokens.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account & Authentication

The App uses anonymous authentication. No personal login credentials are required. Your account is tied to your device. If you uninstall the App or change devices, your tokens and generation history may be lost.

5. Tokens & Payments

• Genworld operates on a token-based model. Each 3D world generation consumes tokens depending on the quality settings selected.
• The token cost for each generation is displayed before you confirm.
• Tokens can be obtained through in-app purchases: a weekly Pro subscription (renewable weekly token budget) or one-time token packs (never expire).
• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Unused weekly subscription tokens reset at the start of each billing cycle. Purchased token pack tokens do not expire.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or explicit content
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer the service
• Circumvent token or payment systems
• Attempt to extract or redistribute 3D assets in unauthorized ways

7. Generated Content

You retain rights to 3D worlds you generate using the App, provided you own or have rights to the input media. We do not claim ownership of your generated worlds. If you publish worlds to the community feed, other users may view and explore them. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

8. Community Content

The Explore feed contains 3D worlds created and shared by users. By publishing a world, you grant other users permission to view and explore it within the App. You may unpublish your worlds at any time.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. World generation depends on third-party AI infrastructure and may occasionally be unavailable. Tokens consumed for failed generations due to server errors may be refunded at our discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, tokens, or generated content.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for users who violate these Terms.
